Our Story
What We’re All About
Wee Care Day School has been a Keystone Star 4 site since 2008. Licensed to serve a total of 112 children, we care for infants as young as 6 weeks through children age 12, offering child care, a licensed kindergarten, before-and after-school programs, and summer camp for school age children. Breakfast, lunch and a snack are provided. WCDS employs approximately 20 part-and full-time staff members, including individuals with degrees in early childhood and elementary education. The staff members communicate daily with parents and guardians in person or through an app that sends alerts on key aspects of the children’s days, such as naps, meals and general notes.
Wee Care Day School communicates with parents on a daily basis and works as a team with parents to support the children’s learning through play. Our staff is sensitive to each parent and to each child’s needs. We have assembled a knowledgeable group of professional early childhood educators who are committed to their field through continuous training and classes.
Mission Statement
Quality Child Care
At Wee Care Day School, parents feel comfortable knowing that their children are cared for by a devoted, nurturing and trustworthy staff. We care for infants ages six weeks up to the children in our school age program.
We provide a constructive, clean, safe, and friendly environment. Every child’s individuality is appreciated and celebrated to build positive self esteem. We present many opportunities for children to explore through hands-on activities.
